We take precision very seriously.

Our Quality Assurance (QA) is an essential group of individuals who consistently test and retest the manufactured parts to specific dimensional callouts on the CAD print(s). Along with the diligent duties of checking our manufactured parts, our QA works closely with incoming raw materials inspecting every shipment for defects.

Quality is not a given in today’s business environment. Quality requires a direct focus on the pursuit of prevention, continuous improvement, and corrective action. The QA at LCS has many responsibilities, with quality of the end product being the main objective. This task is not a simple one, because it entails a number of checks before we can deliver the product. Each person involved is responsible for making a quality product. Quality departments, such as Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA) cannot inspect quality into the product. The Quality Departments exist as a function within the manufacturing and packaging areas. If parts do have to be returned our QA ensures that the customer receives exactly what they need and strive to document the problem to insure that it does not happen again. LCS is more than happy to provide Corrective Action documentation upon request for all Return Authorizations (RAs).

It is important to have trained individuals in each step of the process.
