Bending & Forming

Lakeshore Cutting Solutions specializes in providing high-quality, close-tolerance, precision metal fabrication and forming services for many applications. Metal bending and rolling can play a critical role when making your parts. Bending and rolling are two types of metal forming techniques in which force is applied to a piece of metal to modify its geometry. The applied force stresses the metal beyond its yield strength, causing the material to deform without pushing it enough to fail. Through this force, we can bend or stretch metal into a variety of complex shapes.

Rolling is a similar process to bending that forms sheet metal into cylindrical shapes, hence the name. Sheet metal rolling allows us to make a wide variety of parts, such as tanks, cylinders, bands, and virtually anything that requires a rolled or rounded form.

Prototype to Production Services

LCS covers production runs from prototype and Research & Development sizes to short-run production of custom parts. As a custom fabrication shop, our team will work closely with you to meet your specific needs with quick turnaround and quality customer service. Our goal is always to meet or exceed your expectations with highly precise fabrication services and excellent customer service.
